TNT Trenches Academy is a specialized training program dedicated to developing offensive and defensive linemen, focusing on the physicality and technique required to dominate at the line of scrimmage. Athletes are coached on proper stance, hand placement, footwork, leverage, and blocking and pass-rushing mechanics, all while building strength, explosiveness, and toughness. The academy emphasizes repetition and detail-oriented instruction, helping linemen refine their skills and gain the confidence needed to compete against top-level talent in game situations.
